Since 2008, GfK Switzerland has been the only Swiss market research organization whose survey research meets the demanding requirements of the "Good Priv@cy" seal of data protection quality issued by SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems) and has been awarded this seal of quality.

The requirements for maintaining our qualifications for ISO Certificate 9001:2000 and SQS 9004 were satisfied once more in the same audit process. Here, too, GfK Switzerland was the first market research organization in Switzerland to achieve certification – and it did so almost 15 years ago.
For example, GfK Switzerland subjects 15-20% of all field interviews to random checks by subsequently telephoning the interviewees. Among other things, this process checks whether the interview was actually carried out. Each interviewer on each study is affected by these checks at least once. The course of telephone interviews is monitored without interruption; internationally standardized plausibility checking software subsequently pinpoints incorrect data systematically.
