This is how GfK Switzerland finds the addresses for its surveys
The participants in online surveys are taken from our online data pool, for which they register voluntarily. The people to be questioned are selected from these addresses at random and in accordance with the requisite sample.
Telephone surveys
AZ Direct AG is the main supplier of addresses for telephone surveys of the population. Please contact the company mentioned for more detailed information as to how you were included in the AZ Direct AG address pool. www.az-direct.ch
In addition, many of our clients make their own address pool available to us for their specific survey. Following the end of the survey, the addresses are immediately deleted from our list of addresses. The "Good Priv@cy" data protection certification issued by SQS offers you additional security.
Your right to know what data we hold on you
Under Article 6 of the Data Protection Act, every person is entitled to know what data are stored on him/her and to delete or have them corrected – if necessary.
You may request this data from us in a "request for information”. We are happy to provide you with this information within 30 days.
